HDPE Vapor Barrier is a versatile and widely produced plastic used for Packaging, Constructon and Agriculture due to its lightweight, flexible, and moisture-resistant properties.

It is made from the polymer ethylene and comes in various types, such as High density (HDPE). HDPE Vapor Barrie protective sheeting for floors and underground construction moisture and various field for covering. Vapor Barrier Polythene Sheets more flexible and available in different colors.

HDPE Vapor Barrierused as a protective barrier for concrete, a vapor barrier, and for waterproofing terraces. Thicker films are used to cover floors countertops during painting.

Production

HDPE Vapor Barrier is typically produced using the blown film process, where molted polythene is inflated into a bubble with air, which is then cooled and solidified. The bubble is flattened to form a continuous sheet, which is then wound into rolls or folded.
